What is Shatavari?

But maybe you prefer Shatavari tea? In this case, replace the milk with hot water. If you are in a hurry, there are also Shatavari capsules available. The tablets’ dose is usually 500 mg, and you can take one pill up to twice a day.

  • 250 ml of vegetable milk
  • 1 tsp Shatavari powder
  • One teaspoon cocoa powder
  • One teaspoon cinnamon

While you heat the milk in a pot, you can mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. When the milk is warm enough, mix in the powder mixture and stir for about two minutes. After that, the Moon Milk is ready to drink!
